About the Speaker

Joelle Hadley
Joelle Hadley's personal and professional success was due in large part to figuring out exactly “who” she was at a very early age. She took the initiative to learn, read and build her own self-esteem. Knowing the importance of the power of “self,” Joelle is passionate about passing this sense of constant self-development on to other women.
With more than 20 years in the media, her background includes roles like publisher and director of sales for a division of the nation's largest publisher of weekly business newspapers. Joelle also was the face and voice of local business news on a NBC affiliate and a local news-talk radio program.
Joelle currently spends her time helping others realize their potential through coaching. She founded and is the president of The Culture Coaches, a training and management firm that offers consulting on all-things corporate culture. Inspiring women is a key focus of her many keynote speeches and workshops on corporate culture communication, life balance and personal excellence. Her book, The Five Rules for a Winning Culture, publishes this fall.
An expert in communication and presentation skills coaching, Joelle is certified in Emotional Intelligence from the Institute of Health and Human Potential. She is also the co-founder of The Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence. Joelle holds a bachelor's degree from the Missouri School of Journalism.
“I believe in the importance of knowledge and education as a path to reaching one's potential. Because of the different stages and seasons in our lives, our potential as women is always a moving target. This is why Fresh Start is such an integral part of a woman's life and career when she is looking for resources.”
